We were asked to create showhome using inspiration from the building’s past as a brewery. It needed to be a contemporary and elegant home to emulate an opulent lifestyle, whilst ensuring it captured the development’s history throughout.

To create the refined look, we used influences from art deco trends, a soft muted colour palette, and touches of velvet and luxe materials. We balanced this with brass and metal details, solid woods and structured patterns to echo the features of the old brewery.
