We have been crowned 'Award Winner' in the ‘Residential Interior Showhome – London’ category in the 2023-2024 International Property Awards for our Prince of Wales Drive penthouse project.
This is the fifth year running we've been recognised by the prestigious awards scheme.
The winning project is a flagship penthouse showhome at Berkeley Group’s Prince of Wales Drive development in Battersea. The interiors are sleek and contemporary and showcase the panoramic views across London. Influenced by tonal continuity the colour palette uses jewel accents and is mixed with warm, autumnal tones to create an inviting yet relaxed feel. Each room was carefully considered with practical but stylish pieces and combined with rich textiles to create an aspirational finish that would appeal to an international clientele.

The International Property Awards is an annual event to celebrate the highest levels of achievement amongst residential and commercial property professionals around the world, open to companies operating in all sectors of the real estate industry.
The level of award was announced at a glamourous ceremony at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square on Friday 10th November 2023.
