DOUBLE THE SUCCESS FOR VESTA IN THE 2020-2021 INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY AWARDS

We’re proud to announce we’ve been crowned ‘Award Winner’ for both our category entries in the 2020-2021 International Property Awards for ‘Residential Interior Show Home for London’ and ‘Residential Interior Private Residence for London’ in just our second year of entering the awards.

The International Property Awards is an annual event to celebrate the highest levels of achievement amongst residential and commercial property professionals around the world, open to companies operating in all sectors of the real estate industry.

After our success in 2019 with the entry of Explorer’s Wharf in the Residential Interior Show Home for London category, we’ve been awarded ‘Award Winner’ in the show home category this year with our Beverly Hills Hotel inspired two-bed apartment in the Beckton Parkside development by Bellway Homes in Beckton, London.

With the first-time buyer market and a young professional demographic in mind, we designed an apartment for city commuters looking to add a touch of Hollywood glamour to their home. Our team created an interior scheme that combined retro style and contemporary finishes whilst also keeping the buyer in mind and designing something people could see themselves living in.

Lead Interior Designer, Alice Milnes, who designed the Beckton Parkside showhome said: “Beverly Hills itself is a pink lovers heaven and a place where people dare to be different. As you can imagine, for me this was a really exciting project; I knew I had to create the ‘wow factor’ and take this show apartment to the next level.”

This year, we’ve doubled our success with being given the title of ‘Award Winner’ in the Residential Interior Private Residence for London category with our Madeira Tower design project.

Working with our client, we created a one-bed apartment inspired by the client’s love of her home and entertaining. She wanted a space to relax in, as well as an inviting place to host friends. Our team created a classy and sophisticated look throughout all whilst in the midst of the Covid-19 lockdown.

Interior Designer, Ashley Baker, said: “The client was looking for a luxurious, chic and feminine home from home in the city. Having to travel frequently it was important to her to feel grounded when in London with lots of comfort whilst tapping into her cultural roots. We were briefed to include lots of pinks, purples and pops of colour and to weave in marble and golds where possible; creating a truly high-end and bespoke residence.”

CEO, Chris Dale, said:

“I’m absolutely thrilled we have won for a second year running and with not just one, but two awards. It’s a true representation of our growth as a company and during such a challenging year for so many too.

“As always we have our clients and the hard work and dedication of our team at Vesta to thank for this recognition. I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved during this pandemic and how it’s only made us stronger. We are looking forward to a bigger and better 2021.”

The level of award win for the UK International Property Award winners were announced via an online awards ceremony on Friday, 11th December.
