Vesta Interior Design announces
the launch of ‘Investa’
for the property investment market
Filling a much-needed gap in the market and due to exceptional growth and demand, Investa will offer design and furnishing collections specifically for the investment sector, servicing international buyers, property developers and estate agents.
Vesta will continue to concentrate its focus on luxury bespoke design for private residences and the prime residential development sector.
Headed up by Chris Dale, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, the Investa team will have over forty years combined experience in the interior design and residential property sectors.
Since 2017, the calibre of Dale’s specially recruited team has been proven by the completion of over 400 projects in London for high-profile developers, including St James, Bellway Homes, London Square and Mountain Capital. Projects include Legacy Wharf, Royal Wharf and Discovery Tower.
One of the first Investa projects has been the one-bedroom show apartment design at The Residence, the New York inspired luxury development at Nine Elms, which forms part of the transformation of London’s South Bank.
With a company ethos dedicated to understanding client needs, Investa will offer a unique combination of expertise in furniture and interior design, together with knowledge of the property market and developments – delivering the best possible service for clients seeking efficient design packages for their projects.
