Vesta is proud to announce its 2019-2020 International Property Award for ‘Best Interior Design Show Home’, in their first year of entering the awards.
The International Property Awards is an annual event to celebrate the highest levels of achievement amongst residential and commercial property professionals around the world, open to companies operating in all sectors of the real estate industry.
London based Vesta, who launched in 2017, won in their category for the design of an open plan, two-bedroom show home apartment in an E14 docklands development, Explorer’s Wharf.
With the first-time buyer market and a young professional demographic in mind, Vesta designed an apartment for city workers with a love of culture and urban lifestyle, who might also be looking for a home which offers a relaxing escape after a busy day in the city.
Vesta created an interior scheme to marry the industrial with the luxurious, which is reflective of the lifestyle the local area offers. Taking inspiration from the now residential warehouses of London’s East Docklands, it mixes handmade items and natural materials to create a loft living style, with bold rich velvets for a touch of luxury.

The UK International Property Award winners were announced at a glittering awards dinner at The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on Friday October 25th.
